FAQ #1 - How long is the subscription?
The subscription is a minimum of 3 months.
FAQ #2 - Can I change delivery addresses?
No. To avail of the free delivery, the address needs to be the same. If you wish to change, you can pay the additional delivery fee of P595. To change, please contact email@example.com.
FAQ #3 - Will my payments be automatic for every delivery?
Yes. You will be automatically charged through PayPal for every delivery.
FAQ #4 - Will the flowers I receive be the same every delivery?
No, we will send different assortments of flowers depending what’s fresh and in season. The flower assortment will depend on the product you’ve selected – Original, Deluxe or Signature. Note however that substitutions may occur.
FAQ #5 - Can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, kindly contact us at 0917 712 4440 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAQ #6 - When or what day will my flowers be delivered?
The 1st delivery will be on your chosen delivery date. We’ll deliver the rest on the following week, 2nd week, or month – depending on the frequency chosen. Subscription ends after the 3rd month.
Please note we do not commit to exact delivery time requests, but rest assured, your blooms will be delivered within the day.
FAQ #7 - What do I do if my card gets declined?

FAQ #8 - Can I add another gift (e.g. stuffed toy, DB scent box) to my flowers for each delivery?
As of the moment, our Farmer’s Gift Boxes only consists of fresh blooms. Our add-on gifts are only available for non-subscription products.
