Step-by-step process of how to order for pickup via website


Online orders placed by 4PM can be picked up the next day. Any time after that, the next available pickup day is two days later.

      • E.i. orders placed on Wednesday, 4:15pm can be picked up Friday onward.


1.) Head Office, Muntinlupa

    • Mondays to Saturdays, 10:30am to 4:45pm
    • Unit A,  KM 18, East Service Rd, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila (near Sucat Skyway Tollgate)

2.) DB Fresh Market, Molito Alabang

    • Wednesdays to Mondays, 10am to 6:15pm
    • Molito Commercial Complex, Madrigal Avenue, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

3.) Rustans Marketplace, BGC

    • Mondays to Sundays, 10am to 5:45pm
    • Marketplace by Rustans, BGC Central Square, 5th Ave. cor. 30th St

NOTE: Orders cannot be picked up past office hours and its readiness will depend on availability of blooms.

1.) Head Office, Sucat Parañaque

    • Pin: Designer Blooms Flower Central, East Service Road, Muntinlupa
    • Landmark: 19 East

2.) DB Fresh Market, Molito Alabang

    • Pin: Designer Bolooms Cafe,Madrigal Avenue, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa
    • Landmark: Mall entrance nearest Molito Complex

3.) Rustans Marketplace, BGC Branch

    • Pin: Central Square Mall, 5th Avenue, Taguig
    • Landmark: 5th Ave. cor. 30th St

1.) Go to CART.

2.) Shipping is automatically set for pickup. Pickup location can be the chosen in the checkout process.


4.) Read the popup and click I UNDERSTAND.

5.) Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT again.

6.) Under BILLING DETAILS, choose pickup location.

7.) Choose the Pickup Location* in the drop down menu. Choices:

        1. Head Office, Muntinlupa – P50 handling fee
        2. DB Fresh Market, Alabang – P50 handling fee
        3. Rustans Marketplace, BGC – P50 handling fee

8.) Set the Delivery Date as your pickup date.

9.) Set Delivery Time to 10:00am – 8:00pm (Check the NOTES tab for available pickup time for each location.)

NOTE: For orders to be picked up via courier (GRAB, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, and more, booking and cost is c/o customer. More details under NOTES tab.)

10.) Add pickup notes to Order Details (e.g. estimate time, courier*, and etc).

11.) Under the REVIEW section, check if your order is really for pickup instead of delivery.

12.) Click NEXT when ready to proceed with payment.
